The Bell Group was formed in 1986 in response to a need in the marketplace for tenant/ buyer advocacy, commonly known as "Tenant Representation."

The members of the Bell Group come from the landlord and/or development side of the commercial real estate business bringing an in-depth and unique insight to our clients, both tenants and buyers. Unlike other real estate firms that lease and sell properties our focus is to represent tenants and buyers.

Traditionally, real estate is one of a company’s largest expenses second only to employees.
